Parish Allotments

There are 13 plots and each are about half the size of a ‘standard’ plot.

There is a mains water tap.


Access to the allotments are  through a stout wooded gate on Oak Road in Thulston, between house numbers 2 & 4.

The Allotments are locked at all times and users are given key access. Users are responsible for opening on arrival and securing on leaving.

Vacant Plots

At time of writing (March 2018) there are no vacant plots, also no waiting list either.

The 2018/19 annual fee will be c£15.00

Fruits of Labour

In the Autumn the Horticultural Society hold a produce show at Elvaston Village Hall.

You’re invited to exhibit your fine produce in the annual competition, with professional judges and with other exhibitors you’ll stand a chance of winning a prized certificate. Then, you’ll gasp at their value when they’re auctioned off to the hungry locals.  Happy Bidding! – it’s a fun afternoon not to be missed (oh  and bring some money, there’s plenty of bargains to be had)
